Client Responsibilities & Information...
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, content, access credentials, and instructions on time. Dream BD Agency will not be liable for issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client. Regular communication during the project period is essential from the client’s side.
Requirements for New Businesses...
For new businesses planning to work with us, certain basic requirements must be fulfilled. A professional brand website, properly created social media accounts (such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), and a commitment to promoting the brand organically are essential. Without these, sustainable digital growth is not achievable.
Acceptable & Non-Acceptable Businesses...
Dream BD Agency works only with legitimate and original businesses. We strictly do not provide services for fraudulent activities, betting sites, scam-related businesses, or any illegal operations. If a client’s business does not align with our ethical standards, we reserve the right to refuse or terminate the project.
Payment Information...
According to our payment policy, clients must pay 50% of the total project cost upfront before work begins. The remaining 50% must be paid upon project completion. Final delivery, website launch, or file handover will not be provided until full payment is received.
Delivery Timeline & Revisions...
Project timelines begin after receiving the required information and advance payment. While we strive to meet deadlines, additional revisions or scope changes may extend delivery time. The number of revisions will be defined based on the project agreement.
Copyright & Ownership...
Upon full payment, ownership of the delivered design, website, or content will be transferred to the client. However, Dream BD Agency reserves the right to showcase the work in its portfolio or for marketing purposes.
Limitation of Liability...
Dream BD Agency will not be held liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from business decisions or third-party tools and platforms. Our responsibility is strictly limited to the agreed services.
